Education– Lafayette College, B.S., 1953; University of Oklahoma, M.A., 1971, M.B.A., 1975, Ph.D., 1978. Engineer, Allis-Chalmers, Milwaukee, 1953-1955; U.S. Army, 1955-1957. Redstone Arsenal, 1957-1981; Chief of Management data systems, Ballistic Missile Defence System Command, 1968-1976; chief of program management office, HAWK Project Office, Missile Material Readiness Command, 1976-1978; deputy project manager of ground laser designation project, Missile Research and Development command, 1978-1979. President, WCW Associates, Huntsville, 1981. Taught at Florida Institute of Technology, 1975-2006; director, 2000-2006; also taught at University of Alabama, Huntsville;  Southeastern Institute of Technology;  and Huntsville Center for the Study of Administration of NOVA University. Died April 25, 2009.
