Genealogist; university staff.  Born January 1, 1925,  Florence, Lauderdale County; Parents– John Henry and Eunice Clayton Terrell Roden.  Married– Francis Henry Dole, Sr.  Children–four.  Married– E. Anthony Gambel.  Education– Coffee High School, graduated 1942; Larrimore Business College; additional study at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Shelton State College and the University of Alabama.  Worked for TVA in Sheffield before her marriage; worked for the University of Alabama as a staff member in the Financial Aid Office, and then in the UA College of Engineering, 1964-88.  Died July 2, 2017.
