Biography;

Novelist.  Born March 11, 1964, Montgomery. Married Barry Goldblatt.  Children–one.  Education– University of Texas at Austin, B.A. in Theatre, 1988.  Worked for Penguin Putnam and Spier in New York for several years.  Awarded the Michael Printz Prize for literary excellence in young people’s literature; finalist for L.A. Times Book Prize.
