TAYLOR, CLEMENT ALLEN, 1900-

Biography:

Variously employed. Born– in 1900 in Pratt City, Ala. Parents– Belton O’Neil and Minnie Allen Taylor. Married–Violet Lawjeck, May 19, 1926.  At age of 12 worked as miner, later as soda jerk, garage mechanic, singer and actor on Broadway, in vaudeville, and on radio; actor in musical comedy in California in 1930; worked with U.S. Bureau of Engraving; finally became bartender for Childs Restaurant chain.
