Biography:

Home economist; University professor. Born–November 20, 1888, Snowden; raised in Selma.  Columbia University Teacher’s College, B.S., 1923; M.S., 1928.  Professor in  Foods and Nutrition Department, School of Home Economics, Auburn University, 1923-56. Died February 22, 1960.
