Born&#8211;  Vicksburg, Miss., March 16, 1911. \u00a0 Parents&#8211;  Neil and Effie (Alston) Callahan.   Married&#8211;  Eivor Holst, 1941.  Children&#8211;  Six.  Education&#8211;  Mississippi College, A.B., 1929; Tulane University, M.D, 1933, M.S. in Opthalmology, 1936.
