Served as president of Wessington Springs Junior College, 1923-1925; assistant director of the Bureau of Public Personnel Administration, Birmingham Southern College, 1927-1929; professor of psychology, Birmingham Southern College, 1929-1946; executive vice-president of the American Management Association, 1946-1954; Academic\u00a0Dean, Athens College, 1959-1970. Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and of the American Psychological Association.
