Education&#8211; attended Georgia State College for Women, University of Georgia, Emory University, Columbia University, and the University of Marburg, Germany. Member executive board of Y. M. C. A.; member National League of American Pen Women, National Federation of Women&#8217;s Clubs, United Daughters of the Confederacy, and Writer&#8217;s Club; honored in 1949 for work for National Leprosy Act, and in 1952 for work for Woodmen of the World.
