Education&#8211; attended East Alabama Woman&#8217;s College (now Huntingdon); University of Alabama, B.S. Taught in public schools of Huntsville, late 1920&#8217;s. Moved to Washington DC in 1937 and lived\u00a0there for 42 years during her husband&#8217;s service in Congress; first displayed her paintings in Washington 1976; had subsequent exhibits.
