Moved to Gadsden, 1901; served as\u00a0city attorney, Gadsden, 1902-1903; reporter of the Supreme Court of Alabama after\u00a01905 Elected Junior Grand Warden of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Alabama; elected Grand Master, 1909.
