Instructor of Greek, Vanderbilt, 1885-89; taught languages at the University of Mississippi, 1893-1908; writer (living\u00a0in Birmingham), 1908-1915; president of the\u00a0Export Pratt Coal Company, 1913-15.\u00a0 Published many articles and translations.
