The following applies to organization of documents and collections on the "back end" -- policies and procedures that we have adopted to clarify and facilitate our workflow.
- How collection content is organized on the S drive.
- Organization of files within the collection folder
- File naming schemes
- Organization of completed content for long-term storage
The following applies to documents on the "front end" -- policies and procedures to provide clarification and direction.
