Here's a copy of our preliminary Incoming Digital Documentation file, to be used to capture information on incoming content.

Please fill out, and save a copy wherever the new content is being stored in digital form; if unable to extract from original media, fill this out anyway, send a copy to the Head of Digital Services with a report on status, and keep a copy in S:\Digital Projects\IncomingDigital\Incoming with an identifying phrase and date appending the file name.
