At the end of the rotation, after retrieving the tags, run `deleteSelected`, specifying the collection name on the commandline.

deleteSelected will first back up the steve_museum database, then traverse the database tables in turn for each item, deleting in order to accommodate database restraints.

When done, it will check the InfoTrack database and fill in the date for removal of this content, and the failure to capture tags for any not found tagged when pulling the content in the previous step.

Lastly, it will traverse the web directories in /srv/www/tagit/images/institution_1/ and delete all the files for this collection.
