CueMaker (built using Python 3.2) will take a user supplied text file (which should be placed in the INPUT folder) with item identifiers and track times, and use it to generate a cue file for each item (which is saved to the OUTPUT folder) to be used with the CueSplitter script.

The resulting cue sheet looks like this:
