The Digital Services collections include public domain materials and copyrighted works. Copyrighted works are included when the University holds the copyright or has permission to use the work, or when the use fits within fair use or another exemption specified in the copyright law. The conditions of use for the end user depend on the nature of the collection, but our goal is to make our collections as widely available as possible for non-commercial use. We do not watermark our images; we rely on the user's compliance with applicable copyright laws.</div>Jlderidder
