Amanda is one of our Digitization Specialists; she is working on her MS in School of Library and Information Studies. Amanda plans to become an archivist. She has worked in both print and digital media, and has terrific supervisory experience which has already proved invaluable as we juggle both students and the unpredictable events that always come into play in a production environment. She has terrific attention to detail and conscientious attention to "getting it right"! She is exploring the possibility of turning some of her great ideas for improvements into independent studies that will further her degree. Go Amanda!!

Amanda is one of our Digitization Specialists; she recently completed her Masters of Library and Information Studies here at UA. Amanda hopes to become an archivist one day. Prior to coming to digital services, she worked in both print and digital media. From January 2010 - February 2011, Amanda served as Project Manager for the digitization of the Septimus D. Cabaniss collection, a project funded by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys photography, reading, and cooking.
