The University of Alabama Writing Center[http://writingcenter.ua.edu], located in 125 Morgan Hall, offers "free, friendly one-on-one assistance to supplement classroom instruction."
The Center for Teaching and Learning[http://www.ctl.ua.edu/AcadSup/browseacadsup01.asp], in Osband Hall "provides academic support designed to improve students' academic performance." Resources include computer programs, videotapes, and preparation materials for entrance examinations for professional/graduate schools.
