The late fee for equipment is $50 per day. The maximum fine will accumulate up to $200.00. There is no grace period. Any equipment that is 4 days overdue will be declared lost, and a total charge of $1060 will be billed to the patron's account. ($850 replacement fee, $200.00 fine, $10.00 processing charge) If the equipment is returned in good condition, the $850 replacement charge may be forgiven. The fines and processing fee will not be forgiven.
Equipment will remain checked out to the patron until all accessories (wires, cables, batteries, manuals, etc.) are returned. Late fees will accrue until all items are returned.
