Interests/Position Dr. Joshua Rothman is associate professor of history. He has worked on several digital history projects, including Edward Ayers' "Valley of the Shadow," and is currently developing a grant proposal for a digital humanities project that would compile and make searchable runaway slave advertisements from across the Deep South.
