Looking for books on plants and fungi? Although fungi are not considered plants, the study of fungi historically developed as a part of botany, the study of plants. The Library of Congress classification for fungi developed out of this history and is QK 600 - QK 838, which is part of the botany classification QK.

• Micromorphology Bibliography
Citations to publications relating to all aspects of vegetative and reproductive anatomy of flowering plants (angiosperm and gymnosperm), and vegetative anatomy of ferns (pteridophytes). Subject areas include ontogeny, ultrastructure, techniques, paleobotany, embryology, and seed anatomy. Covers most works published in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, and is regularly updated.
• Economic Botany Bibliography
33,000 references to publications relating to the uses by humans of flowering plants, gymnosperms and ferns. Covers late nineteenth century to 2003. Subjects covered include the ethnobotany of plant use in traditional societies, medical and industrial uses of plants, and their domestication and history. Coverage focuses on wild plants and minor crop plants.
Bibliography of Systematic Mycology
Images of the full text of 41 botany and plant science titles, as wellas 48 zoology titles, 8 aquatic science titles, 185 biological science titles, 11 developmental and cell biology titles, and 50 ecology and evolutionary titles. Also includes over 1000 scholarly journals, as well as select monographs. Academic journals comprise the majority of the content in the archive of selected 19th and 20th century journals. Journals are always included from volume 1, issue 1 and include previous and related titles. The most recently published issues (past 3-5 years) are not available.
