Photocopying:

 

The W.S. Hoole Library does not have a public copier, and all copies are made by Hoole Library staff with attention to handling of rare materials. We reserve the right to refuse photocopy service based on condition, confidentiality or copyright. NOTE: Microfilm copies, which are self-serve, are .10 per page.

Please note:

Researchers must NEVER remove loose manuscript items from their respective folders, either to study the documents or in preparation for requesting a photocopy of them. If you identify a document you would like to have photocopied, consult a staff member for instruction in how to request the photocopy. If you do not follow proper procedures you will be denied further access to the materials. Self-service photocopying is not allowed.

Digital Imaging:

 

Processing Fees:

A processing fee will be charged for all imaging requests.  The fee will be $25.00 for up to 5 images.  A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for each additional 5 images—see example below.

            Commercial Use Fee: There is a required $50 per image for all commercial entities.
