Johnnie M. Edwards paper, 1980
Paper prepared for HY 460?, Introduction to Historical Research and Writing, Dr. Gary B. Mills, consisting of an inventory of public records in the Cherokee County, Alabama, courthouse, located in the town of Centre. The courthouse burned in 1882, and the paper covers records of the period 1882-1930. The records are located in the probate office and in the archives room.
