Amelia Gayle Gorgas Library supports teaching and research needs in humanities,
social sciences, and government information. Named in honor of long-time
University Librarian Amelia Gayle Gorgas, the library contains over a
million books and offers a full range of library services. Gorgas Library
provides computers for searching the Libraries catalog and other
helpful databases as well as for access to the Internet. Reference assistance
is available at the Information Center on the ground floor during all
hours that the library is open. Also available at this location is adaptive
technologies equipment for users with disabilities.
