Really popular - sides alone are almost worth a trip even without the great meats. Brisket is the specialty but everything we tried - brisket, pulled pork and chicken, ribs - was really tasty.

The KITCHEN SINK is a really nice salad that includes local greens, pickled beets, Blue Lake green beans, carrots, boiled potato, radish, apple, boiled egg, marinated mushrooms, English peas.â€ There are also some sides that would keep a vegetarian happy, by there's not a real focus on that.
