The Carolina BBQ plate didn’t need sauces so far as our tasters were concerned, but you can have your choice of eastern NC style (vinegar based), mustard based (SC, which comes routinely on their smoked chicken entrees), or the Midwood sauce, which they describe as Texas-smokey-sweet.

Yes, they have a smoked veggie platter, and also pimiento cheese grilled sandwiches. CAREFUL with their sides, lots of them have meat in them even if it’s not the main point of the dish (eg, potato salad has bacon, beans have pork in them)
