Member&#8211; Alabama Baptist Board, Radio and Television Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention, Historical Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention, and the executive committee for the Southern Baptist Encyclopedia; president, Alabama Baptist State Convention; editor and business manager, Alabama Baptist.
